BACK IN THE DAY, THE CLARK SISTERS HAD A LIFE-GIVING hit, "You Brought the Sunshine." Well, attendees at the 11th Annual Women of Power Summit did just that at its opening night Un-masquerade Soiree, hosted by first-time title sponsor ADP.

Resplendent in sunset hues, 1,000 bright smiles lit up the Diplomat Resort 6 Spa in Hollywood, Florida, as women reflected on the theme, Know Your Worth, Own Your Truth, Embrace Your Power.

"The masks that hide the truth about who we really are, what we really need, and why we are often afraid to reveal these things--those masks are coming off tonight," Editorial Director Caroline Clarke told the audience. "Every moment that you are here, is about tapping into your most authentic self and bringing that to bear." After an unmasking ritual led by professor Atira Charles, founder of The Mask Project, attendees networked. Enthusiasm and authenticity infused every session from the Sisters Inc. panel, hosted by Cigna, to Walmart's Beauty and Politics, and AT&T's Tech Lounge.
